A page your board can share with members who work off-duty, extra duty or secondary employment jobs. What Centurion Blue is, what it costs a member, a paragraph for your newsletter and flyers to print.
Centurion Blue is an app for individual officers who work off-duty, extra duty, detail or other secondary employment jobs. It keeps the jobs, the pay, the mileage, the expenses and the year-end paperwork in one place that belongs to the officer.
Each member signs up for themselves and pays for themselves. It is never bought by or for a department, and there is no department account.
What a member logs sits in their own account. There is no supervisor view and no report that goes back to an agency.
The app records and estimates. It does not give tax or legal advice, and members are pointed to a tax professional for what applies to them.
There is one price list for everyone. We do not sell to departments.
The Denver free plan. $0, no card. The Job Exchange, the Marketplace, My Schedule (the calendar), My Leave Banks, the Wellness Portal, the DIA log, a W-9 on file, and App Lock in the phone app.
Everything in Primary plus job logging, pay and overtime math from the Denver pay scale, mileage, expenses and receipts, the Tax Center, Year End Tax Reports, dashboards, widgets and alerts. $59.99 a year or $7.99 a month. One 30-day free trial per officer, started when the officer chooses, no card needed. If the trial ends unpaid the account returns to Primary and nothing is deleted.
The nationwide edition is Premium only. A 30-day trial starts at registration, no card needed, then $59.99 a year or $7.99 a month. The officer enters their own hourly rate, overtime multipliers and leave rules. If the trial ends unpaid, all records stay saved.
Officers who subscribe at $59.99 keep that rate for as long as the subscription stays active. Prices may change for new subscribers. An optional Fitness and Diet Coaching add-on is $39.99 a year. Subscriptions bought on the website are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled from Settings. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google.
Use it as written or edit it to fit. It makes no claim on behalf of your union, lodge or association.
Members who work off-duty, extra duty or detail jobs: Centurion Blue is a private record keeper built for individual police officers. It logs each job, figures the pay, values the mileage on 1099 jobs at the IRS rate, keeps work expenses and receipts, and builds year-end reports you can hand to a tax preparer. Each officer signs up and pays for their own account. No department buys it, and nothing you log is shared with your department. Premium is $59.99 a year or $7.99 a month, with one 30-day free trial and no card needed to start it. Denver officers also have a free plan, called Primary, with the Job Exchange and a calendar. It runs on iPhone, Android and any browser. Details are at centurionblue.com. Centurion Blue is a record-keeping aid, not tax or legal advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any police department.
