Build your standing jobs once, manage your roster, and let officers grab open shifts. The Secondary Employment Contract, the DPD 200, the Monthly Detail and invoices all prefill from each job, so the paperwork starts filled in. We'll build it to your specifications.

A quick look at how Centurion Blue runs your secondary-employment schedule, end to end.
One place to build jobs, fill them, and keep your officers paid and documented.
Save reusable jobs, pay, location, hours, and your own custom fields, then schedule dates from them in seconds.
Build your officer roster and add people fast from the full department directory by name or badge.
Pick days and slots, set the time and officer per slot, and post openings, repeat weekly if you need to.
Assign straight from your roster, or push open dates to the Exchange for officers to pick up.
Let assigned officers hand off or release a shift they can't work, with or without your approval, your call per job.
Get a real notification when an officer grabs, swaps, or releases a shift.
Optional per job: officers tap to check in and out, geo-stamped at the site. You see arrival and departure times live on your board, with a green “at the site” check, or the distance if the pin landed somewhere else.
If an assigned officer hasn't GPS-checked-in 15 minutes after start, you get a No check in app notification automatically, the officer, the job, and how late, so you can fix coverage quickly.
Your call per job: an officer who can only work part of an open shift takes just that piece, and the rest goes right back on the board for someone else to grab.
Hand the employer a private live calendar of their coverage: dates, times, officer names and badge numbers, even on-site check-ins. No login for them, no pay shown, and you can turn the link off anytime.
Give each business its own private link. They fill in the site, entry instructions, on-site contact, duties and every date they need, with how many officers per date. No login needed, no app, no phone tag. It lands in your queue to approve, decline or ask about, and approving builds the job and opens the dates in one step. Switch a link off anytime and make a new one when you need it. A client who books often can use the same link to create a free employer login at centurionblue.com/employers, send requests any time and see where each one stands. Your link rules still apply, and you can remove a login from a link whenever you like.
Post a message to your whole roster and every officer sees it in the app.
Build an invoice from a job's hours by officer and export a clean, professional PDF.
One tap for a schedule PDF, a pay-by-officer job summary, and an officer-contacts sheet.
The official contract prefills from each job, downloads ready for signature, and opens the email to the Secondary Employment Unit. Renewals are flagged before the Dec 15 deadline.
Build a job's month of dates, hours and officers, review it on screen, then one tap downloads the PDF and opens the email to the employer.
The DPD 200 template, your scheduling fee per job (flat, per hour, or per officer hour), and every quarterly due date for the Invoice Inbox, tracked in one place.
Tell us your jobs, pay rates, venues, and how you run the off-duty jobs you coordinate. We set up your scheduler exactly the way you run it.
Add dates from your standing jobs, assign officers from your roster, or post open slots for officers to grab.
Get alerts on every change, watch GPS check-ins land on your board live with automatic no-show app notifications, message your roster, file the Secondary Employment Contract and DPD 200, send Monthly Details, invoices and the employer's live coverage link, and pull W-9s, all in one place.
Tell us how you run your jobs and we'll set up your scheduler to match, your jobs, your roster, your rules. We'll get you up and running.
What it costs and who qualifies: scheduler access is set up on request for Denver officers who coordinate off-duty, extra duty or side jobs. Text or email us and we will set it up with you. Officers on your roster do not pay to see, take or work your shifts; the free Denver Primary plan covers that.

Officers on your roster can keep a signed W-9 on file in Centurion Blue, generated from the official IRS form, and switch you on to download it. When you need one an officer shared with you, you download it in seconds.
Officers fill it once and switch you on; you download it any time. Pull one, or bundle a whole job's officers into a single PDF.
Build my schedule →Scheduler access is set up on request: text or email us and we will go over it with you. Officers on your roster do not pay anything to see, take or work your shifts. They can do all of that on the free Denver Primary plan.
A Denver officer who coordinates off-duty, extra duty or side jobs for other officers. Scheduler access is not self-serve. Email info@centurionblue.com or text (303) 802-0272, tell us how you run your jobs, and we turn it on for your account. It is for individual coordinating officers. We do not offer department accounts.
Only what you choose to share. The coverage link is a private, read-only calendar of that employer's dates, times and assigned officers (name and badge number), with on-site check-ins when you use GPS check-in. It shows no pay and needs no login, and you can turn the link off at any time. A client request link lets a business send you the dates it needs, also with no login. A client who would rather sign in can use that same link to create an employer login, which shows them their own requests and where each one stands, and nothing about your roster, your other clients or officer pay. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
Yes, if they want one. The request link you send still works with no login. A client who books often can use that same link to create a free employer login at centurionblue.com/employers. They sign in whenever they need officers, send a request, and see where each one stands. Once they confirm their email address, they also get an email when you approve, decline or ask for more. Their requests land in your Client job requests queue like any other, and nothing is scheduled until you approve it. You stay in control: the same link rules apply (notice, shortest shift, officers per date, how far ahead), you see which logins are on each link and can remove one, and replacing or turning off a link cuts off the logins made from it until the client adds the new link. On a request sent from an employer login, what you type when you decline or ask for more is sent to the employer: it shows in their login, and it is emailed to them once they have confirmed their email address. Your private notes on other requests stay private. A client can also withdraw a request you have not decided yet, and a withdrawn request cannot be approved.
