The Primary plan is $0 with no card and nothing that counts down: the Marketplace, the Wellness Portal, the Job Exchange, My Schedule with every work period, the DIA log, your W-9 on file. Premium adds the pay and tax side on top, with department overtime priced off the DPD pay scale.

Log a 1099 job and the app measures the drive and values it at the IRS rate in force that day, by the rule you choose in Settings, then carries it into your Year End Tax Reports. Log department overtime, Call Back or Court Time and it prices itself off the DPD pay scale for your rank and grade on that date. Record keeping only; ask a tax professional which mileage rule applies to you.

Photograph a receipt and the vendor, date, amount and category fill in. The Tax Center keeps a running set-aside figure and your next quarterly date. Year End Tax Reports print the accountant packet as one PDF, W-2s attached.

No. Centurion Blue is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the Denver Police Department, the City and County of Denver, or any police department. Each officer opens an individual account.
No. There are no department accounts and no supervisor view, and your department never buys or administers it. If you take a shift on a scheduling officer's job, that scheduler can see who is working it, and can download the W-9 you put on file if you switch that scheduler on in Settings, W-9 on File. The scheduler can also choose to share a private coverage calendar for that job with the employer.
Denver officers get the free Primary plan: the Job Exchange, the Marketplace, My Schedule with calendar sync for the Exchange jobs you take, your scheduled shifts and your personal events, My Leave Banks, the Wellness Portal, the DIA log and a W-9 on file. Premium adds job logging, pay and overtime math, mileage, expenses and receipts, the Tax Center, Year End Tax Reports, dashboards, widgets and alerts for $59.99 a year or $7.99 a month. Officers at every other department get Premium only: 30 days free, then the same price. There is no free plan outside Denver.
No card is needed to start a trial, and each officer gets one 30-day trial. In Denver the trial starts only when you choose, and if you do not subscribe your account drops back to the free Primary plan with nothing deleted. At every other department the trial starts when you register, and if you do not subscribe you see the subscribe screen and all your records stay saved.

If you subscribed on the website, open Settings and choose Manage or cancel your subscription; billing is through Stripe. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google bills you, and you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
